Weekly Sessions​

Cobra runners by the road

A variety of weekly sessions !​

We offer sessions on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings as well as a Sunday morning run. ​

All runs are from Halesowen Cricket Club unless specified.

Two sessions are offered.

Shorter run session 6:30pm – 7:30pm, tailored for improvers and approximately 3 to 4 miles. This will be replaced by Couch 2 5k when running.

Longer run session 6:30pm – 8:00 pm, for more experienced runners and approximately 6 miles.

Tuesday

6:30pm – 8:00pm

Steady pace (approximately 4 miles).

Wednesday​

7:00pm – 8:00pm​​​​

Interval training. A mixture of hills and intervals for approximately 5-6 miles. It will usually be possible to alter the number of repetitions to cater for different abilities.

Meet at Halesowen Cricket Club from October to March. 

Meet at Walton Hill Car Park in Clent from April to September.

Thursday​

7:00pm – 8:00pm

Long run session.

Approximately 6-8 miles at a relaxed pace.

On the last Sunday of each month we pick a new location for our end of month run.
