We’re a friendly, inclusive community built on one core belief: nobody gets left behind. Whether you’re completely new to fitness, returning after a break, or chasing ambitious goals, our club offers a supportive environment for all abilities.
We host a variety of weekly sessions, with club runs on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, plus swim sessions every Monday night.
Our runs adapt with the seasons: road-based routes in the winter for safety and visibility, and a mix of road and off-road in the summer, including sessions over the beautiful Clent Hills.
On the last run of each month, we celebrate with our End of Month Run — always finished with cake, laughs and a great atmosphere.
Beyond running, we’re a community that enjoys spending time together, with regular social events throughout the year.
For those who like to compete, we proudly support both men’s and women’s cross-country teams, and we run regular Couch to 5K programmes to help beginners build confidence step by step.
All sessions start from Halesowen Cricket Club, where members benefit from free parking and the chance to enjoy refreshment in the bar afterwards. Click here for sessions.
