Weekly Sessions

We offer sessions on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings as well as a Sunday morning run. 

All runs are from Halesowen Cricket Club unless specified.

Tuesday

6:30pm – 8:00pm

Two sessions are offered.

Shorter run session 6:30pm – 7:30pm (around 4 miles)

Longer run session 6:30pm – 8:00 pm (around 6 miles)

Wednesday

7:00pm – 8:00pm

Steady pace (around 4 miles)

Thursday

7:00pm – 8:00pm

Interval training. A mixture of hills and intervals for approx. 4-6 miles.

 

Meet at Halesowen Cricket Club from October to March. 

Meet at Walton Hill Car Park in Clent from April to September.

Sunday

9:00am – 10:30am

Long run session. Approx 6-8 miles at a relaxed pace.

 

Last Sunday of each month

End of Month Run. On the last Sunday of each month we pick a new location for our end of month run.
