This friendly, supportive 10 week course is perfect for complete beginners or anyone returning to running.
With guidance from our experienced run leaders and the encouragement of a welcoming community, you’ll build confidence, stamina, and fitness week by week.
Our run leaders will be with you every step of the way—sharing tips, motivation, and personalised support to help you progress safely and enjoyably. Whether you’re starting from scratch or simply looking for a fresh start, we’ll help you comfortably reach that 5K finish line.
